Default Cig. Lighter Wiring Help

Ok so I have some computer cathodes thats are just laying around. I was just wondering what colours correspond to what for the cig wiring. I want to hook the cathodes up to that for power and then hang them under the dash.

Well it sounds like you touched the positive and negative together ( blue/wht =12v and blk=ground) The blown fuse may share the same feed for Ignition or starter solenoid. What year car are you workin on?? Check all fuses.
