The door panels dont interfere with those huge spacers? Ive been wanting to do that to switch a 6.5" in the doors, but I always thought if I did they would hit. Thats awesome if they dont.

Also, what did you do in the rear? Leave it stock? Did you leave the 8" subs in the door connected?

the spacer actually is too big, so i spent today splitting it in half to make it fit. it was actually really easy to do. i used 3/4 in mdf so if you used something smaller than that you would be fine.

i just disconnected the rears and the door subs. sounds great without them. it would probably be detrimental to reconnect those. the components make plenty of noise for me and sound incredible

I make my baffles from 1/2" mdf and have never had a problem with space or the panel.

yeah 1/2" would be perfect. i used the 3/4" because i had it leftover from the sub box. any feedback on the install though. you seem to be a veteran at this stuff and id like to hear what you think of my work.

Thats awesome. The rears are really just fillers anyways. Ill probably be putting 6.5"'s front and rear and Im only running 1 12", but that is PLENTY for me.

Everything looks pretty nice man, box looks like it turned out pretty nice as well. Only thing I would have mentioned was the use of 3/4 on the door baffles but you have already addressed that it seems.

Aside from that only thing I would have maybe considered doing was mounting the mid to the top right of the baffle and the tweeter on the bottom end, would have made it a little more stealthy install, but the tweeter looks great where it is.

yeah i was considering mounting it there, but with that goofy plastic piece i had to mount the baffle to it didnt really allow for it all to fit. i think the tweeter looks pretty badass where it is though. thanks for the input.
