Wiring kit --------------------Anywhere, 4 ga would work fine. You can get one from eD if you like, or from pretty much any online store, knu conceptz has tons that are very easy on the wallet.
Box making materials, etc

------------ Any hardware store that sells lumber, a sheet of 3/4" MDF should be more than enough to build a box for your rig. Some wood glue, screws (coarse, 1 1/2-1 5/8 is plenty), some silicon based sealant, carpet if you want to make it look pretty.

Will 6x5's fit in the door?
The 2 channel amp will be in the future, so probably 150-200$
The sq10's, i have almost no trunk space in the notch. I would like to leave as much as possible. Do you have any other nice 10's you would recommend?

Not 6x5's. 6.5's. 6 1/2's if you will.
NINe.2 if you like the eD products
Unless you have a depth restriction, why not go with a pair of 11Kv2's or 11ov2's... They're not really that much deeper, just makes a difference if your trying to put them in a regular cab truck.
