I tried to get some t nuts to put on the inside of the door to mount the grills how they are tomporarily and everwhere I went and asked they looked at me like I was retarded? weres a good place to find them? I tried kragen, autozone and a couple hardware stores but nothing?

I'm not really getting what your saying, did you mean the speaker grill?

and ya the cloth you used to make the speaker grills, were did you get that and what kind of material was it? it matched really well with the rest of your interior and looked really good just like it was from the factory other than the half moon, that was sick too.

I know sealed is better for sound quality but I have never made a ported box and have alwayse wanted to try it. the only ported boxes I've heard were pre fab boxes that sounded like crap.
I would tune it really low so I would still have good sq and tune it around maybe 30 hz and if that dosent sound good then I was going to make a sealed box with around 2.5 cubic feet having the sub firing up at the hatch glass.
