Default Ignition Noise

I am having one hell of a time with ignition noise and it's driving me up a wall because I have tried everything I know to fix it. I have a Pioneer head unit, a SoundStream Picasso 4 channel amp (800 watts), and a Kicker KSR100 Powered substation. I've run my power down the left side and the speakers wires down the right. I've made sure that the head unit and the amp are well grounded. I've tried noise suppressors, re-grounding, moving wires and yet I still get that incessant whine through my speakers. What I want to know is simply this: I changed the ignition wires from stock to JBA 9mm ignition wires. I am not sure if these wires have EMI suppression or not and I can't seem to find any specs on them either. Does anyone know if these wires could be the reason I can't get rid of the noise. Unfortunately I didn't keep the original wires or I would have tried to put them back on and see if it helped. I also don't want to just buy a set of wires and it doesn't change anything. I'd appreciate any feedback...
