I have an 07 with the aux input feature in the center console. I want to downgrade from my AVIC-D3 back to the stock stereo. If I buy an 05 or 06Mustang stock stereo head unit, will the aux input feature still work? Because I know they didnt have the aux input feature till 07, so I'm wondering if an 05 or 06 head unit will work.

Also will I get my speed sensitive volume back?

Any help/info is appreciated.

Also I do NOT have the shaker 500 or 1000 system. I have the standard 4 speaker system. But would an 07 shaker 500 unit work?

 

Im looking at getting the Pioneer Head unit you are getting rid of. You dont like it? Whats the reason you are ditching it?
