Default Kenwood DNX8120

Not sure if I will get blasted for this but I am currently in the process of getting a Kenwood DNX8120 installed into my Mustang. The guys doing it are top notch and very skilled. Has anyone else put Kenwood equipment into their car? I myself liked it compared to the other offerings around town I was looking at and hope I made a wise decision.

Here is the page for it

It had everything I wanted (needed?), including the iPod hookup. Love my iPod...

I've been on the fence over this one and the pioneer p4000. how do you like this one? is the interface easy? what kind of speakers did you use? do you have the sirius connect?

Just has the 8120 put in my '08 Roush; the in-dash unit looks great, Garmin nav is superb, iPod and USB hookups in glove box keep them hidden. They also managed to hide the GPS antenna between the hood and the windshield under the plastic so you can't see it, no loss of single works excellent. One problem, maybe your installer can help; my stang came with Sirius radio in the stock Skaker 500, so there was already an antenna mounted on the trunk. However, the Sirius SC-C1 module (whcih you will need) can't use the Ford antenna (doesn't fit) so they have to run another Sirius antenna which ended up having to be mounted inside the car on the front dash over the defrost vent. Fairly unobtrusive, but not ideal. Best would be to use the antenna already installed at the factory, I'm trying to find out if anyone makes an adapter, or can it be hard wired into the stock antenna, or is there a way to make the Ford antenna fit into the SC-C1, any assistance appreciated. If you do go for it, it's a great unit, oh by the way, the hands freee bluetooth works great with my HTC phone!

powerspc - Did you ever find a way to get the stock sirius antenna to work with the SC-C1? This is probably the only thing holding me back from doing a similar install since i don't want another antenna installed on my car (trying to keep it as original as possible). Thanks.
