Default Carputer - Mac Mini

Hi,

I have been considering a Carputer for my 2006 Mustang, specifically a Mac Mini. I do not know much about it. Let me tell you what I am looking for.

GPS Navigation
Ability to store music (itunes)
WiFi - Currently I have a plug and play SIRIUS radio; however, the reception isn't the greatest. I'd like to be able to connect to www.sirius.com and listen via my web account.
Bluetooth is essential. I live in CA and there is a no driving while talking on the cell (unless it's handsfree) phone so it is vital.

I know the Mac Mini's range from 5-700 dollars but I do not know where to start looking for a LCD display. Also, the software. I have heard of IDash, is this the software that I should use? Anybody who has any experience with this please help. I will probably want to install this myself so if there is any specific way it should be done that is Mustang friendly (space wise) please let me know.

Thanks
