Default Power to a head unit

Ive got a Alpine phantom face head unit that ive had sitting in the closet for about 5 years. I figure might as well throw it up on craigslist. I was going to get some pics of it, but i want some pics where the face is popped out and lit up. How the hell do i get power to it without hooking it up to a car battery to get a quick pic?

touch the red and yellow wires together and then touch the two of them to the + of the battery, and then touch the black to the ground of the battery.

Make sure that none of the speaker wires are grounded while doing this, as well as the remote turn on(blue and blue/white)

That is the easiest way and also make sure the mental around the radio does not touch the positive of the battery bc the outside of the radio is ground. So what im trying to say is have someone help you by holding the radio so it doesnt slip.
