Default 04 Mustang Speakers

Good Day All,
I will admit, im a bit of a newbie to Mustangs and surely a newbie to the forum, but I am looking for Ideas for a decent speaker set-up for my 04 GT. I have a blown speaker in my Passenger door and need some input from some more experienced mustang folks. Thanks in Advance.

welcome to the forum.

Does your factory system have a mach system?

the mach system makes it difficult to replace the woofers if that is what is blown because the woofer uses a strange 8 ohm impedence. If you have replaced the deck then you can bypass the mach woofers easily to power your new speakers off of the deck. I show this on page 2 of my cardomain page if you are considering doing the install yourself.

Thanks for the help. I'm looking into a pioneer deck and changing out all the interior speakers. Im also looking to add a 10" sub for the trunk. There isn't alot of space back there but Im thinking one GOOD one will be enough for the job.
