Default Kenwood DDX7019 Subwoofer Problem

Hey guys, I just installed a Kenwood DDX7019 in my 06, replacing the Shaker 500. I bought it from someone else on the forum that had it installed in his S197 (also replacing the Shaker 500).

So I got it all hooked up and running, but there is no sound coming from the subwoofers in the doors. There were RCA plugs wired into the wiring harness and I plugged those into the Subwoofer lines coming out of the stereo, but no dice. I've fooled with all the settings on the setup screens, but I still get no sound.

Has anyone replaced their Shaker 500 with this unit? Any ideas on what I did wrong? Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks!
