Allright fellas, I just bought an '08 Mustang with the Shaker 500 and am upgrading the system. I bought a 12" Kicker L7 4-OHM sub and ZX750.1 Kicker Amp. I also bought 2 sets of Kenwood 6x8's that will replace the upper door and rear factory speakers.

A couple questions:

1) Will the PAC AOEM-FRD24 allow me to add an amp to the OE headunit?
(The PAC website does not list the 2008 Mustang as compatible.)

2) Can I simply swap out the factory 6x8's with the Kenwoods?
(Crutchfield says they fit.)

Yes, our AOEM-FRD24 will give you fron/rear preouts. I kept the stock speakers and just put a amp to them
