HELP!!! What harness do i need?
#11
If your harnesses look the same as the ones that are in the car, you either bought the wrong side of the harness or you have not found the correct half.
Harnesses are normally marked into two different areas that are designated by the first two numbers in the harness. The 70-1770 harness that I recommended is the harness I recomended getting, the 71-1770 is the factory harnes that should be inside your car and that you are plugging into. If you bought the 71 series it will look exactly the same as the one in your car and would not plug into it
The other possibility is that you are overlooking the correct harness. The harness I point to on page 2 of my cardomain is currently plugged in in the picture but needed to be disconnected to bypass the amp. When I disconnect it I will have two harnesses, but only one I can plug into. Is it possible that you have not dug deep enough into the dash to find the correct harness.
If you can get a pic of what you have both in hand and in the car we can clear this up really fast.
