Default Replacing rear Mach460 speakers.

Well, my rear back speakers are blown and need replacing. I don't really want to replace all of the other speakers in the car because the sound system really isn't all that important to me. I would just like to have some base and not all of my sound coming from my front speakers and tweeters.

I know that if I go to the dealer they will either A. Not have them or B. Want a ridiculous price for them. Comes down to what is the speaker size and what will hook up to the stock Mach460 amp without any problems and be Ok.

Thanks,
Riggs

If you have replaced the deck then with a little bit of wiring you can put almost any speaker in there. IF you still have the stock radio then you will be limited to find a factory replacement for an 8 ohm woofer.

Wow, well that sucks. I still have the stock deck as there is a deck and then the optional CD player that I don't to remove or just leave hanging there. Does anyone know of any non Ford replacement speakers that would work with no problems? Or how much the stealership would charge me for the replacements?

Then again I would think that people would be upgraded their stereos, and maybe I can pick up some Mach460 speakers for cheap.
