Default good quality budget amplifier

What amplifier would you suggest for $150. I already have a 12W3V3-2 12" JL Subwoofer and I just need an amplifier to power it up. Thanks in advance!

I like MTX because they are reasonably priced, put out in excess of their rated power, and come with a "birth certificate" showing that they were actually bench-tested to produce said power.

I would go with the X Thunder 600D ($140) Thudner TC6001 ($150) or the Jackhammer JH600 ($130).

These would give it around 500w and although your sub is rated at 500w RMS, JL recommends only giving it around 300, so just don't get to crazy with the gains and you should be ok.

The best bang for the buck amp is profile by a long shot...

They actually produce their rated power at specified voltage and will come in well under $100. You could actually power that amp conformtably for under $75 by purchasing from ikesound.
