Default My speakers keep going in and out

I replaced the head unit about a year ago w/ an AVIC D3 and love it. About 4-5 months ago I took it into a shop and had all the factory speakers replaced w/ Memphis audio, all four speakers and the two door subs, (replacing the shaker 500 speakers). The sound was awesome and I loved the cleaity and thump, not too loud outside and just enough for me inside.

My question is do you think the head unit is going bad or is something possibly not grounded right. I have been getting intermittent speaker sound after hitting a bump, dip, crack even a cigarette but on the road lately. Sometimes the back deck is the only thing that works other times I get partial static, or nothing but bass, the right front only or the left front only, but none of the speakers work together anymore. I'm afraid the HU is taking a **** on me. If anyone has any suggestions fire away.

Do you have 4 ch amp on the 4 speakers? or is the Headunit just powering the 4 speakers?

Have you taken the car back to the shop where you had it put at and had them look at it?

I have an amp for the doors and back deck and a seperate amp for the subs. I haven't had time off from work yet to get up to the shop, but it's on the list of things to do. The sound is just ugly and kind of embarassing too.
