Default Battery, wire, alternator upgrades? help?

First off I have a 2002 v6 mustang. I recently bought and installed by myself 2 prs d3000spl pioneer amplifiers. I have installed many different systems but never anything this expensive or powerful . I am afraid that i am going to kill my car with this powerful of a set up.

Will it be safe for me to continue using both amps with the stock battery, wiring and alternator? Or should I invest in a better lets say optima battery, the big 3 wire upgrade and a High output alternator?

thank you for any help.
