Pop noise?

Hey guys I got 4 Alpine type Rs and when they are on like the 1st notch of volume they sometime pop and make a noise like its tryn 2 bump but its off beat and they go at there own beat, then sometimes Its fine and they all work out. What would make this pop noise and why is it off beat when it does it? any ideas "srry hard 2 explain"

I think u blew ur subs, if its the popping noise i think ur talkin about the subs are done. How much power are u running throught them?

yeah dude taht is sum serious heat if they are still really knew, that popping sounds usually means taht they are blow.i had 3.5s in my dash n they started to pop at like 24 outta 35 on tha volume n i took em out cuz it soundes so bad. it cud also be from tha subs being under powered but i really doubt that if its at low volume.

i had similar problem with 2 kicker comp vr the problem was that one was blown out so i tested each one individualy and took out the bad one so i could get the one year warraty i had on it lol. yeah sounds like u may have one of them blown out.
