hearing a 'whine' from speakers under accel?

Not sure if this really helps, but I had the exact same problem on my car, but it was only coming out of the rear speakers, we checked all the grounds and the rcas and nothing worked, come to find out my amp for the rear speakers was bad and causing that sound, I got a new amp and the sound disappeared

well i always have the air on because i love it cold...but it gets louder (the whine does) when I have something external drawing power, IE. ipod charging or phone charging
