Ordered a head unit from them a few years back and the transaction was flawless. I never had any issues with the unit, so I didn't have to worry about the warranty.

I have purchased several items and have never had a problem, except for the fact that it takes forever to ship seeing as they are based out of CA and I am in NC. With there prices being so low, its worth the wait.

 

They arrived (though I haven't had time and wont for another week and a half to install them) --- they're in perfect shape. brand new, in box, sealed. No wear and tear on the box of the items, and packed VERY well.

Have bought from them in the past and absolutely will continue to in the future.
