I'm sorry if the phrase "unedjucated" offended you but dam, what would you call it if somone made a completely wrong snap statement about something you spent a lot of time thinking about how to do right, and proved itself IRL. I understand you were trying to be funny, but to me it was insulting. I was at least trying to give the OP some insight and stayed on topic, maybe you should take one more second to mature and grow some thicker skin.

you got me, I base my success in life on my post count which is why I know that I am 10X more successfull then you.

I was trying to be funny then, there and now. If you can't see the humor in me saying a 15" orion will make a great beanie then I guess I can't explain it to you since I am so uneducated.... I am sorry I insulted you by saying your subs would make a better fashon accessory wrapped around your head then their intended use of making noise. It is really just choosing the better of the two evils as far as I can see.

I will take it into consideration in the future that you are so "SENSE-SA-TIVE" about your subs. I have a 8yr old niece that is the same about her barbies so I will just go about it the same way.

Dude, you took uneducated out of it context and considered it a insult, then replied with what was a clear insult, then I try to further explain and you take it as a insult and insult me again. So I am sorry I used unclear choice of words for you, and clearly you were also offended.

if this wasn't a conversation I had actually had many of times with people who assume it was all thrown in half *** and is going to kill someone that looks at it wrong, then I wouldn't have called it the "uneducated" response. I could have said, "I am sorry sir, but that statement is incorrect as there are multiple metal reenforcement straps allocated in strategic positions around the interior of the vehicle." But in the end the statement, no matter what the wording, did not apply to the setup in which you refereed, there for was not funny.

Also, your a monster for treating your 8y/o niece like that. What did you do to her Barbie to make her sensitive?

Default Take from this what you can

I'm a man who loves his music as much as or more than the next guy but i have a problem with this. 15's are just too big for the mustangs trunk. I made my own custom box for two 12's and now leave them in year round (turned off in the winter) just so i don't have to worry about the strain and pain that i will receive trying to get them back out and then back in again. Many guys were saying a ported box, but I would only recommend a ported box if you are in a larger vehicle, typically with a hatch, not a trunk due to the limited amount of air you have to push around. As for your power trouble there are a couple of options. First off, if u wrecked your alternator, yea you need a new one. To keep this from reoccurring, I would get either a second battery to run the subs and subs alone off of, or wire in a battery capacitor so that when the subs hit they pull from the cap instead of the battery. Your battery will then recharge the cap at a slower less stressful rate the the subs pulling directly from the battery
