i need to know if the mach mp3 deck is a direct replacment for the mach 460 6 disc changer deck? i found a few at a good price on ebay but i dont wanna drop the cash till i know for sure. i almost bought one yesterday the i read the auction more closely. it said the mach mp3 unit came out of a ford ranger.
do rangers have a mach audio sysytem? the newest ranger ive been in wass a 2000 so i wouldnt know.
and i did search and nothing conclusive from what i read.

 

hey i didnt think of that, thats a good idea. I really want the mp3 capability w/o having to go aftermarket. Im pretty sure that it would b/c if im not mistaken the speakers/amp between the 460 and 500 are the same. I thought the only difference was in the head unit itself, so it should have the same outputs. Can any1 else confirm?
