Mach 460 CD Error

Default Mach 460 CD Error
So, every time I start my car, this awful noise comes from the CD changer. It won't change CDs and won't even play the one it's already on. It wont eject, nothing. help?

Its jammed get some needle nose pliers and pull the cd out. Or get another cd or credit card and try and prop the stuck cd up, while pushing the ejected botton.
