Well i have been thinking about prettying up the engine bay for a while, and i have it looking nice, except for the ugly wires all over. So i did some searching and found some colored tubes, almost like surgical tubes that i was thinkin i could put the wires inside and at least make them look cooler.

Anyways i was wondering what others use to make those ugly wires look better, and also if i could find stuff around town instead of having to order something like the above. I know this might be the wrong section but i figured the electronic guys would know best. Thanks in advance.
