Would you recomend a hose from the house, a bucket of water or do we need to call the fire dept? All of these things would be great examples of dampENer as in to get something wet but would do verty little to get rid of rattles and could end up with a crazy mold issue. If you want to reduce the interior noise then you need to get the EN out of there to avoid mold and get a sound damper and there is no better then second skin.
