shaker 1000 replacement

I want to replace my shaker 1000 head unit for under $400. Im looking at the Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD. Anybody got this one or have a better unit in the same price range.

i got the ddx 512, and have had it for about 6 months now and love it. It was like 360, and you can add anything you want to it as you go.
