I worked with a lady who had her son's truck come driving through her house on Easter Sunday 4 or 5 years ago. Her granddaughter was playing with his keys and accidentally started the truck that happened to be in gear only. Homeowner's refused to cover the damage as did the automobile policy.

He simply bypassed the clutch safety switch to allow the truck to remote start. That is also why both the homeowner's and vehicle policies refused to cover the damage. Negligence.
