On ford's site it does list DVD... I'm well aware that the system will likely lock you out to not allow them to play unless the e-brake is up or the car is not in motion, but my question is if thats the case.. parked in a driveway etc... can it play a DVD movie...

If it can... the next step is, has anyone ever tried to play a DVD burned with a few movies in DIVX (.avi) format?

 

okay so through google search i see many other ford vehicles allow it on their navigation if the car is stopped, so I assume the mustang will do this as well...

The question now is, has anyone figured out how to bypass it so it will work in motion... and no not for me, but for a passenger...
