The car is an '03 GT Convertible, around 50,000 miles bought new. The deck lid rattles as well as some the amp rack structure during moderate bass. Has anybody had this problem develop over time? And has anybody taken apart the trunk to lay down Dynamat?

I need to get an idea of how much I should buy and where to line it.

Any car will develop rattles over time. But yeah there's a few brands to choose from. I like Dynamat myself but thats all I really have around here lol. The amp rack may just need a quick adjustment/couple screws tightened. As far as how much you'll need...Keep buying until the rattle is gone. And line it where it's rattling. Gotta do some detective work back there of do a full sound deadening job on the entire trunk/under spare/deck/trunk lid.
