It seems as though one of Ford's bigger mistakes with 99-04 models is the location of there stereo and climate control locations - Stereo buttons are used more than climate control buttons.

Is there a stereo install kit that switches the locations of the stereo and Climate controls so the stereo is up top and more prominent? I've searched quite a few places (including the heavan that is Crutchfield.com) and didn't see anything.

 

there is no kit for it but it can and has been done. IMO it doesn't really look right as you have to do some trimming to get it to fit but others like it.
