Shaker 1K Issue with new head unit

Bought the interface from crutchfield and installed new JVC unit. Now the subwoofers cut out if you turn volume up even without clipping! Any ideas?

You talking about the door subs? Mine did the same when I went from a Shaker 500 to my Pioneer 3100 so I just disconnected them until I figure it out.
