i have a 96 mustang gt with the mach 460 in it. i am trying to hook a lineout to the cd player so that i can hook a sub up to it but i cant find the screws to get to it. how do i do that and how do i pull the door sills off? i thought they just ahad friction clips but i pulled on them and i dont think i am doing it right.

 

take every screw you can see out. Then pull up always before taking a door panel up. If that doesnt come off they have xmas tree clips just pull one corner on the bottom and a time slowly. If its not budging chances are theres a screw there so look for it.

 

why take the door off, it's easier to catch the speaker wires behind the radio,
take out the radio, get the harness for an aftermarket radio to fit and then line up the speaker wires to find the rear speaker outs
if you have the mach system, you will need to catch the wires after the amp to get the correct signal
