i tried a JVC one and it came with a backup camera for parking, works great but was 1100 all together, a little pricy but def worth it.

+1. The Avic series is pretty incredible. A bit expensive, and usually only double-din, but well worth it. If you're looking for a single din, I got a Clarion NZ/VZ series, and it works great. It's all about preference. They'll all work great.. usually.

I have a Kenwood DNX 9960, its the top of the line and will run you about 1500-1600 installed. Great system, huge screen looks awesome and lots of function.

I have pictures in my album

lol do not buy JVC (Just Very Cheap). there are much better options for your money. Pioneer and Kenwood are great choices. it depends what you want to spend. Kenwood is a little more expensive but im a huge kenwood fan. i currently have an pioneer AVIC-D3 that ive had for a few years. its a great navi system but has to have the east or west coast dvd in it at all times. this doesnt matter to me though because i only use my ipod and XM radio for music.

you can check craigslist for people selling their used ones. to make sure they work you can usually usually goto a local stereo shop and they will test if for you for $20 to $50. that is if you dont have the equipment to test it yourself.
