Default 2003 mach stereo system

I have a 2003 GT. I am currently installing an xplode cd player I got for christmas. Model number CDX-GT25MPW. I got everything hooked up and my door speakers don't work and I don't believe the subs are working either. I followed a wiring diagram in the kit for just a 4 speaker system and it is not working. Are there any diagrams online that could help me? Thanks for your time.

the rest of the speakers are driven off the amplifiers. so your trying to run a path through an amplifier that isnt turned on. theres a special wiring harness you need to buy in order for them to work properly. or there was a uhh....splicing fix or something but i dont remember what wires went where to turn the amps on.

and the search button works too. like the third thread on searching for "aftermarket head unit".

I'm assuming you have a Mach 460 music system. If so, you need the complete wiring harness (2 parts). Take a look here:

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_1207055...s.html?tp=2977

I had this same problem on my sons 03 Mustang. He bought the car with a Sony Xplod preinstalled and it had no bass either (sounded terrible). I got on to the crutchfield site and found this wiring harness. The second half of the harness is what your probably missing or its not wired correctly. By the second half, I mean the on that has the RCS jack's that plug into the xplod head unit.

If you already have this harness then your wiring is probably incorrect or you need to turn up the volume on you amps via the head unit.

Please let me know if this helps!
