Default Help me pick out a system

I recently got an 07 mustang and I need to get some upgraded sound in it.

1) For the headunit i'm probably going to move over the pioneer p5200 from my 98 mustang unless anyone has any objections or reason why i shouldn't do this?

2) I had pioneer 4 way 6x8s in my last car, I was thinking i'd like to do a step up from this and was thinking about doing some component speakers. What are some of the best for the buck brands for components? I was looking at some kicker 6x8s.

3) From what I understand component speakers pretty much need to be amplified? What are the decent bang for the buck 4 channel amps? or what should I be looking for in a amp besides a four channel one?

I was looking at these for the speakers and an amp to power it.. what do you guys think?

4) subs and amp for that... pretty much the same theme here, not looking for the best of the best, but whats going to give me pretty good performance for my money. I'm thinking 2 10"s would be best but not sure on brands and such. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help, guys.

What is your total budget for this also what type of power wire do you plan on running?

These speakers are very nice. My buddy has a set and they are smooth tweeter isn't too bright defiantly worth the money

Edit* do you plan on running ported or sealed? There are a ton of subs out there that are good for the money and for amps I'll make a quick little list right now.

Awesome amp for the money. One of my buddies is running this on a Lanzar opti 15" and I recently did a install with the bigger brother ap30001

Their multi channel amps are good for the money too

One of these would be perfectly fine as far as subs go

But if you are wanting to do two 10" drivers I'd shoot for something along the lines of this

Here is a very budget friendly wire.

That is true 1/0 awg some will disagree but go ahead for yourself and grab a digi caliper and measure the strand width. I did a install with a total of 100ft of it and very good. Same time of jacket as kicker and knu flex. Just not oversized like them
