Hey everyone, i Need some help.
Im trying to install my cd changer that I got from a buddy and I dont know how. The deck is a Sony CDX-M800 and im trying to install a CDX-705 Cd Changer.

What do I need to do? Where do I put the wires? So far I just ran the Cd changer cable from the deck to the cd changer and ran the RCA's to one of the open slots I have. Is there somthing Im missing?

 

If its dedicated all you need is that din cable run and it should power on. Ifs not power on either your input on the cd player is bad or your cd changer isnt compatible and youll have to fm modulate it

 

How do you know if you need to Fm Modulate it? Should it say on the cd player manual?
