what should I ask?
I am selling some stuff and dont know what to ask for it.
2 Rockford Fosgae HE subs, form 2002 but still in good condition. 10inches
1 bandpass box
1 custom fiberglass box for mustang trunk.
1 Bolt amp 1000amps or something outlandish.

Look on craigslist and see how much people are selling their gear for. Unfortunately for the sellers, used car audio stuff (especially older stuff) sells fairly cheap. I got two 12" alpine type r's in a sealed box with a good kenwood amp 2 years ago for $300. My guess is you could sell the stuff for $200 maybe
