OEM Nav
You can buy it from FORD though a dealer´s parts shop, or find many online including ebay, just be careful of a shady deal.
I say this not only because it´s likely stolen or the like, but for certain things I think you have to have the dealer program the PCM for it, if it´s tied to another car that had it stolen..well, you get the idea.
This will require you to have satellite radio in the original factory unit for your car, or you won´t have an antenna. There are a few ebay dealers with packages so you can get this and just stash an antenna they´ve packaged with it should you not have had satellite radio as a factory option, but you´d need to look for it. A search for ¨Ford mustang OEM navigation¨ on ebay should turn up what your after.
Just all in all, TOTALLY not worth it IMO. To have this like it would be from the factory it will cost you 3 times what a much better after-market unit with GPS installed would cost.

Here's a place that sells the kit on Ebay for $599. Looks like they are out stock until next week though.

My first recommendation would be crutchfield. Just purchase the deck itself elsewhere, as they do tend to be more expensive for the head-units themselves. There are many units that I think you'd be happy with. The pioneer units are particularly popular here, but I think most would require a separate GPS module.
It's been a long while since I had a true after-market deck that I've researched and put in my own car, so really, I have no personal experience recommendations. Only what I've read, with that in mind, I'd say:
The Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT would be a good one. $950 for essentially the works. Bluetooth, mic included, voice recognition, GPS, DVD, etc.. Don't forget to get a PAC unit (PAC C2R-FRD1) to save yourself the head-ache if you plan on doing the install.
This thread should be nearly the exact same for this install, including the diode fix, bracket needed, and the wiring itself.
