Default Convertible wire runs

I hope this hasn't been asked 100's of times. I searched around and didn't find anything related to what I as looking for. I want to transfer my deck from my other car into the Stang. Problem is, the deck is an amplifier deck only. It has no speaker outs. I'm going to have to put the amp I also have in the trunk of the Stang as well. Not a big deal, except this is my first convertible and I'm not quite sure how to get the wires I need back to the trunk area? This if in a 89 GT convertible,

Thanks everyone.

easily done you just have to remove your back seat, one of the side trim panels in the rear seal and the door sill plate on the same side. then run your wiring right down the side. As long as you use shielded RCA's you won't have any interference from your amp power wire.
