Ok ive been asking around and so far this is what everyone tells me to go with is and Eclipse 8445 Head Unit so i came up with this set-up. My wife has Factory Navigation and a DVD in her 03 EB Expedition and i would love to have it in the Mustang too. So i figured if it aint to much ill add it to the Eclipse. and when money and time all get a mono Punch amp and move the 4ch to the Components and get them off the HU amp.

 

It is an all around decent setup. Of course there is better, but that will be real nice. I like the headunit the best.

 

I agree the HU is nice, you cant go wrong when you deal with Eclipse Hu's. I perfer the 8454 model a little more but you cant go wrong either way. Also MB quart makes some terrific Comp sets so you made a good choice there. I would go a little different route on the Amp and subs but its up too you. It will sound great either way! ENjoy
