does anyone know if it is easy to install a cd player into a 1986 mustang i have the cd player but i think i have to take off the dash board to do it and i dont want to ruin the car.

 

Its a tight squeeze - but you SHOULD be able to remove all the nuts/bolts holding in the factory radio and SQUEEZE it out the back on the passenger side w/o removing the dash. The trick is going to be feeling/looking around the back to find the hardware holding it in. I haven't messed around with an 85-86 for MANY years, but I did my 85 back in the day and did not have to remove the dash.
