ProClip device holder, and 3m tape on the back of it. Then choose wherever the hell you want to stick it.

 

I've learned that there really is no good place to mount any extras like a phone in these cars. I've bought various crap phone holders, windshield suction cup mount etc, but in the end I end up just laying my phone in the little area between the speedo and tach because that's the only place where it's not in the way of something else.
