Default 2006 GT AUX iPod

Hey I'm new to these forums but I also had a question.

I have used an FM transmitter for my iPod for the last 5 years and it's finally going out. The audio quality was never really bad but it wasn't the best. As I was doing research the better iPod FM transmitters are just as expensive as getting an aftermarket AUX port for my iPod. I was looking to get one that charges and plays music at the same time, but does it not necessarily have to show the songs on the dash. I have a stock Shaker 500 system and was wondering if anyone knew anything about them, what the best ones were, and how to install.

I am in the market for the same thing. Haven't purchased anything but here are some popular choices. Hope this helps!

Moss Muscle also has a similar device under their interior electronics section.

When you say you were looking to get "one", were you referring to a better FM adapter or the items I linked?

When I said "one" I was referring to the items you linked. I'm tired of the FM transmitters. They cost the same as the linked items and have a considerable amount of static.

I have the 1000 and it's fine for me. I don't need anymore. I just want to be able to play my iPhone. Hell, half the time the radio is off and I'm listening to the exhaust lol
