I cant remember who said it but...Good, Fast, Cheap You can only have 2. In the audio world it can pretty much be the same although it would be SQ, Loud, Cheap. Power Acoustik to be honest is junk, They sound like total crap, and they can yes get somewhat loud, and count on them to sound aweful the whole way getting there. I've never even heard of the 9830 the lowest we carry is 9841. And you can never say you want good quality but cheap, that'd be like saying you want a cheap Roush. If your into the mass produced car electronics world look at Alpine, JVC(Arsenal Series), high-end Pioneer head unit wise. Drivers (Subs) go with something like MTX. Their new woofer line has a comparable to JL driver but they are all better. ie 5500-W0, 7500-W3, 8500-W6, 9500-W7 and they are spec-wise all around better drivers and on top of that they are al significantly cheaper. Alpine drivers aren't bad either, but again for the money you can't beat the new MTX line.
