I have a 2007 GT with a 6 disc CD player. The CD player stopped working; e.g. it would endlessly cycle. I took it to a radio specialist and he pulled the radio and replaced the CD changer.

After he reinstalled the radio and connected all of the connections behind the radio everything was working.

About two weeks later the three control ***** beneath the radio for fan speed, heat/cold blend, and direction of air plus the buttons below for the AC, heated sets, etc. quit working at all. Just dead.

He pulled the radio and ensured that all of the connectors were attached - very carefully. He checked all of the fuses in the kick panel and under the hood - all good.

He did test one of the connectors going to the plug in behind the fan speed and there is no juice coming into it. He used a multi-meter or something like that.

So I have a working radio but nothing below the radio/CD works; e.g. the ac, the fan, the heat blend, the heated seats, etc. All dead.

I am taking to the dealer in a couple of days but would some help before I get a huge bill!!!
