Default Upgrading base stereo to Bluetooth?

I made a mistake. I don't listen to the radio in the car much, but it's partially because the seemingly easy task of hooking up the 3.5mm jack to my phone has become irritating. Honestly, I dint really listen to the radio all that much, but lately I find myself wishing I had Bluetooth. I didn't think I'd feel this way when I spec'd the car out almost 4 years ago.

Can I upgrade to a used oem Bluetooth, or is it not worth it, and I should go aftermarket? I honestly like the temp gauge, dumb I know, but I'm admitting it. Just kind of looking for options. Thanks in advance!

you'll pretty much have to go with an aftermarket radio. or some add-on aftermarket bluetooth accessory. The 2010+ base radios don't have the stereo line in wires to allow you to install the SYNC accessory kit from Ford.
