New stereo wiring without adapter
So I figured I would ask for some help before diving right in.
I am replacing the stock Shaker 500 head unit in my 2006 Mustang with a new touch screen unit. I have a wire harness for main wiring of the unit but it is my understanding that I need another adapter if I want to connect the stock subs in the doors.
I would like to avoid spending a lot on another adapter so my question is
1) Is there a cheaper alternative to this?

2) If there isnt, how can I wire the stock subs into the new unit myself?
