Default Fuse Question

I purchased a Stinger Amp Wiring kit and I have the fuse less than 18" from the battery,(thanks for all the input on that), now I am finishing up and noticed the the Fuse Stinger ANL 150A. That sounds a little high?? I am using a JL Audio 5/500 Amp with an Eclipse Head unit, I have component speakers in the from and coax speakers in the rear and a 10" sub. Should I use a lower Amp fuse or is the 150 that came with the kit OK. Thanks in advance.

Default RE: Fuse Question

yes you should have a differnt fuse. look in the book that came with the 500/5 and see what they say it should have. probaly like an 80 amp or so.
