Default playstation in car

Ok guys,

Im looking for some help here, i just got my 06 stang and I'm putting a screen in it. the deal is I want to put my PS2 in the car, I want to mount it under the glovebox because there is plenty of space down there, and wireless controllers would work great there. But I don't know how to mount it, or what I need to use to do so.

Anyone know what I should use to do this? or setup ideas, etc.???

thanks for the help.

You'll need to get an inverter because the PS takes 120 AC and your car is 12 volt DC system. There are ways to wire it up directly if you're comfortable with opening up your PS2 since it just converts back to a 12v system internally anyway (this is ideal) Other than that, the mounting is completely a custom job. You'll need to make brakets and figure out good mounting points. Good luck.

A hardware store ought to have a number of different types of brackets. Figure out where you want to screw it into. Seriously, you're gonna just have to open it up, look at it, and see if you can figure it out. I haven't done it myself but I know it's been done. Good luck

save yourself the trouble and hook up an inverter and hide the wiring. If you are not electrically inclined, dont open it up and jump the circuit. My 2 cents.
