Will putting styrafoam between the door and the door panel decrease vibration from the speakers?...(speakers are not blown)

I dont see why it would help with vibration unless you have stuff in there moving freely. Your door panels should be screwed down snuggly.

they make something called Dino-mat. it works like a charm to get thoughts rattles to stop. you would stick that in the door and it should take care of it.

Dynamat. Dynamat is very hard so if you have a piece whacking against your frame, you may still have the same symptom after installation (that is unless the dynamat is thick enough to fill the gap between the two contacting pieces and keep them tight.)

I'm familiar with dynomat lol the glue stained my tan paneling in my jeep..lol it stuck to my shoe and I stepped on the panel ugh. Anyway back on topic I was trying to go for something a little cheaper though because dynomat is worth it but it's expensive..

I was looking behind the trunk panelings and running wires and I found that the previous owner took insulation for walls and put in garbage bags around the wheel wells. Its noisey back in that area so I guess it was a good idea. You could take some insulation and some gb bags and do the same in your door panels...A whole roll at Lowes would be alot cheaper than Dynomat probably and you could buy the top-end insulation and have plenty left over for something else, say your trunk...
